Whoo hoo!! I’m a guest blogger!!

I am the newest, and the first, guest blogger for the ACT Wellness Center’s blog.

Talk about exciting! This was a great opportunity for me to share my experience with even more people and to take a more informational approach to blogging.
The blog that I wrote was based off of  #3 – Cut Down Coffee to 1 Cup a Day, Hold this Habit for 28 Days Straight and it expounds on how large amounts of caffeine can negatively affect a person’s health.
